Apologies for the delay in posting this weeks meal plan. We have had a couple of bereavements in the family and have been pre occupied.
I have not made recipe cards to go with this weeks meal plans as i have the websites i found the recipes on, bookmarked.
The shopping list for the whole 6 weeks will be live tomorrow too if you would like to look at that :)
Veg bolognase (make extra sauce to freeze)
Pork roast - left over pork for a lunch on the following Monday.( or a dinner Monday night if the joint is big enough)
Meatballs with a spicy mango dip - Via Slimming eats
This recipe uses chicken mince which i think tastes nicer, but any mince could be used. Make extra to freeze for another meal. The dip lasts 2-3 days in the fridge and goes great with the lentil curry planned for the next day.
Lentil Curry - Via Netmums
This can be made in the slow cooker and freezes well. Feel free to cook extra for use in week 4, 5 or 6.
Green power smoothie
This isn't a recipe as such. I just juice whatever veg i have and add some spinach. There is lots of recipes online for green smoothies where you can choose which one suits you best.
The other meals are pretty standard. I tend to stick to basic recipes, i am not too adventurous with meals so all can be found on the net.
