Weekly meal plan 18th - 25th October 2014

After last weeks set back ive revised my eating and joined forced with a friend who is currently doing a slimming world super speed food challenge. In case no one has heard of that the idea is that you eat 11-12 super speed foods a day (anyone following slimming world will have a list) Nearly all fruit and veg, pulses, some fish are super speed. Veg is cheap enough for me to buy so i decided to eat mainly that all week.
